Steven mounted his horse, gripping the reins tightly.

The Lunar Knights sat astride their horses before the palace gates, ready to depart. They couldn’t travel with carriages or excessive supplies, as the journey they were about to undertake was meant to be secret—kept from the ears of the dukes and generals. Another reason they travelled light was because there wasn’t much left to carry. Andreia had grown that impoverished.

The priestess stood at the gates as well, ready to bid them farewell.

As planned by General Victor, Anita and Steven would visit the kingdom of Papileo to meet the fairy queen, while Tony would lead Garfield, Miriam, and Mathew to the factories where the artefacts were forged. They had gathered all the food and water they would need for the journey, and Steven held a map that would guide them to their destination.
