Chapter 5

Injured, Kelvin got home. After he had picked up the paper Star left on the floor, he laughed sheepishly as he checked the content of the paper.

“What a funny lady!” He exclaimed. He got home and saw his sleeping father in the sitting room. He tiptoed, going to his room, when his father opened his eyes and caught him. 

“Will you get over here, Kelvin?” He shouted out of his sleep. He gazed closely at him and saw his bandaged leg.

“So, today, you went on a fight tour, and not for the crazy club?” 

“Dad, let me explain myself.”

“You better don’t plan to say anything. Depart from my presence at once! No, come back here!” 

Kelvin, who was already on his heels, turned back. 

“A quick reminder, you are attending a trial tomorrow.”  

“I know,” Kelvin muttered, out of breath. 

When he was out of sight, his father opened his eyes and mumbled, “Imagine, I, the only Doctor Stark! I won’t allow him to tarni
