Chapter 10
Michael Viktor growled in his lair, roaming about as he thought of Eric Alpha. He couldn’t believe the bastard had anticipated his rage and had prepared for her. He had had to flee before he could get injured. He didn’t fight a battle he couldn’t win. He hissed at getting rid of Eric as he had hoped. He was grateful though Eric didn’t have the advantage of the full moon over him. He couldn’t imagine fighting with a wolf with a sleek body and sharp, piercing claws.
“Bastard!” He growled, hissing.
He hissed at the sun, waiting for it to set soon so he could charge out as he wanted. He needed to get back at the wolf murderer. An image of Ziro’s mangled body flashed in his mind, and he growled, his fists clenching with annoyance. He craved a pound of Eric’s flesh, and he would get it. He needed to get Eric even if he didn’t need to avenge the death of Ziro.
