Chapter 20

Ramon's head hurt. Her clothes were stained with blood and Emma remained unconscious.

"What do I do?" he wondered, looking around.

His heart was racing, it was a reaction to his fear, the anxiety he felt in being able to save Emma.

Slowly, he set her down on the floor, rising to his feet as he wiped his face and had blood on his hands and clothes.

He reached for his cell phone, his hands were also shaking. Ramon dialed Sebastian's number. Just called, but no one answered.

he swore. He walked quickly outside and looked for a car. But unfortunately there were none.

Ramon dialed Pietro as well, but as with Sebastian, the man didn't answer. It seemed that everyone had really gone with Sebastian and there was no one to help him.

It made matters worse when the cars had also been taken for that bloody pointless fight between Sebastian and Malak and none were available there for Ramon to use with Emma.
