Chapter 21

Ramon was still waiting calmly in the waiting room. His cell phone rang only once. He looked at the screen and simply refused. It was Sebastian. That meant maybe he'd survived and that second the missed call was returning, but nothing else was important.

Ramon wanted Sebastian to go to hell, to get out of Emma's life, to leave her alone.

Foster was still unconscious. Ramon was released to see her, but he couldn't bear to see her in a coma.

The doctor warned him that it was nothing very serious, Emma's body was just recovering from the trauma she had suffered. The excessive lack of blood left him weak, so she fell into a coma. It was the body's own reaction to recover, but luckily all the organs worked well and on their own, so soon, soon, she would wake up.

Ramon sat next to her. They were no longer in the emergency room. They were in the infirmary and everything was quieter there.
