Chapter 22. Gone Girl

Mr. Liam could not believe his eyes the next morning when he went to the shed, and Charlotte was nowhere to be found. He could not ask Mark where she was, as the young man had no idea that she was there in the first place, and asking him about her would only point out the fact that he was a liar, a cheat, and an irresponsible asshole.
