Dom was exhausted. It had been meeting after meeting all week, and today wasn’t an exception. He was looking forward to the end of the day to leave. All he wanted at this point was to crash on the sofa and have some pizza and a cold beer. He glanced at his wall clock. Three hours more. Fuck, that was a long time. A very long time.

A sigh escaped his lips, and he leaned into his seat. Apart from work, he had to see and talk to Geneva a lot this week. It took a lot to be an asshole; he was drained. Dealing with her was tougher than he had thought. She was tougher than he gave her credit for.
