Chapter 67. Before It Is Too Late
Dave looked out through the window of the bolt on his way back from seeing the detective James. Immediately he saw the well-built man, he knew he could trust him with the mission of getting Jane. Bob was right.
James was a well-composed man who spoke like one who was deep in experience and exceptionally rational and intelligent. Dave knew from the way he spoke, calculated. He could pass for over forty years of age and handsome as well.
Dave pictured his female colleagues, criminals and every other lady he came across drooling over him. At a point he wondered if the man was married but did not bother to ask him.
