Chapter 112. Another Death

Dave and Alexander had been seated in the living room for so long without a single word to each other. Not like there was nothing to talk about, as a matter of fact, there were so many things to talk about that somehow, it was better not to even begin talking about them.

On his own end, Alexander did not know what to occupy his mind with. His family, his collapsing business or the death of his friend, Bob. All three were really burdensome and he could not help thinking about them all at the same time.

It made it difficult to find a solution to any as they all played around his mind simultaneously and it really bothered him that he could not.

All his life, he had always managed to wrap around his problems and stand on his feet to face whatever it was that came on him. If anything, he could boast on the fact that he was strong enough to handle his problems all by himself even as a little boy.
