The morning sun seeped gently into the room and the breeze flapped the curtains gently. The naked couple was still entangled with each other on the bed. The room was still filled with the smell of what transpired between them the other night.

Maurice was the first to open his eyes and he could say for the first time in years he was able to sleep soundly even though it was for a few hours.
