Hadley's face twisted in confusion seeing Maurice standing with a walker as he gazed at the two people in front of him.

He walked out of the room claiming to be stuffed and needing fresh air but he never expected the sight he saw in the hallway.

Nicholas's expression was blissful when he saw him but Hadley's was surprised and she also looked worried that he could not decipher her intentions.
