The Sun Order, a clan of humans, had made it their life goal to protect what was left of humanity from the terror of the werewolf race.

They answered to the high priest of the sun goddess Solaris, and the strongest members were called the Council of the Sun or Sun Council. Unlike the other members, this special group of people had magical abilities and skills. The old knight was part of them, and he intended to retire after I passed the exams so I could replace him. Only five people could be a part of the Council at a time, and one had to retire or die to be replaced.

After my ten years of harsh training, I felt I was ready. I was no longer just a normal human.
