Ava's POV

I had given up the fact that he might remember me. He was struggling, but he just couldn't pull through.

I turned away despite my heart telling me not to do so. Despite Robin telling me not to.

I couldn't bear it. I couldn't bear the fact that he couldn't remember me despite my effort. I couldn't...

"Ava!" I heard him scream my name clearly, and I stopped and looked over my shoulder.

There he was, rising to his feet with all emotions in his eyes and expression. I turned my whole self to his direction.

He walked briskly to me, practically with quick and long strides and he involved me in an ecstatic hug that brought tears to my eyes. 

"Do you remember?" I whispered in his ear.

He lifted his head from my shoulder and lifted my chin. "How can I forget these beautiful eyes that warms my heart on a winter morning? How can I forget how I bury my fingers in your hair as I tease your lips. And these lips," he said and traced his thumb
