Chapter 11. Agreement with Kyler

Kyler woke up immediately. He saw Willow in the doorway, and the man screamed as loudly.

“Aaa!!!”

Then the door slammed shut with a loud ‘BAM!’ Willow rested her head against the door frame. She was too tired to be subjected to so many horrible surprises.

“Willow?” The voice came from inside the room.

“Did you cover up?” Willow asked a little sarcastically. Then she grumbled, ‘Don’t let him cover himself with my blanket.’

“Yes.”

As soon as Willow opened the door again, she saw Kyler standing on the edge of the bed. He was covering half of his body with the blanket. She cursed inwardly. ‘Why does he have to use my blanket? Oh, hell no!’

“What are you doing here?” Willow’s eyes bored into his; she was annoyed and angry, and several emotions ran through her mind, including worry.

“Are you okay?”

“I can go home, and yes, of course I’m okay.”
