Cassandra’s POV

We got to the Abode and the white wolf was happy to be free from the ‘strenuousness’ of escorting us.

In no time, we reached Alexa’s place. Her mum was still ill. It was like the concoctions and medications that Sandra had prescribed stopped working since the second day she took it.

“Mama! We’re back.” Alexa rushed to hug her mum. Then she went inside to keep her archery equipment’s.

I said my greetings and fed her the concoctions that she had to take for the afternoon.
