We’d been at Coraline’s house for almost a week, and whenever I brought up the subject of Freya, I was promptly shut down. I was going insane worrying about her. On a happier note, the twins turned up the day after we arrived. They were battered and bruised, covered in blood, but they healed extremely quickly and with some extra witchy help from Coraline and they were almost fully healed. I was surprisingly happy that they hadn't been killed. It was for a completely selfish reason, though. I knew that Freya would have blamed me for their death. I know Savannah said that Freya would just be happy that I helped get her pack to safety, but with everything I had done to her and how we finished things, I wasn’t so sure that she would be happy with me.
