Chapter 69. You’re Really Awake

Amelia’s POV

“Are you really going to welcome me back with just tears.” Came his voice again in my head, and I angrily slammed my head against the bed to get rid of his voice. It was so strong and accurate that it actually hurt to listen to it.

The universe was taunting me because they knew I missed him so much and really wanted to hear his voice someday again. The universe knew just how badly I wanted to be with him but refused to actually let me be with him.
