Chapter 19. Unusual Request

Brendon stared at the detective without containing his indignation. He was about to say something when Jordan and Raika arrived and he felt obliged to interrupt. He and Olav stood up to greet them and Jordan took the opportunity to introduce Raika to Olav, who took her hand and kissed it with admiration and respect.
