Serene’s POV

I woke up to an excruciating pain in my stomach, feeling like my insides were being torn apart. Rushing to the sink, I vomited uncontrollably.

What’s happening to me? I wondered, concerned about my condition. As I tried to regain my composure, a gentle hand caressed my back. It was Aliyah who offered a reassuring smile.
