Chapter 130. Space

When he got home, Fiona was already asleep. He did not want to wake her up, but he certainly did not make any extra efforts to keep from making any noise. He had been home early enough, so he did not think that she would have been asleep for too long. He took a shower, had dinner, and came to bed, but she was still asleep. He curled up in bed next to her.

He reminded himself that he needed to have her return to her room. He did not want to believe that the Brothers were right in their suspicions, and maybe that was a problem. If he wanted to have her fall in love with him and be completely in his control, then he had to step away. He had to control the way that he saw her and the amount of time that she got to see him. He could not do that if she lived in his room.

He pulled her in closer to him and smiled at the satisfied sigh that she gave in her sleep. Speaking of winning her over, he remembered the diamonds that he had bought her. He needed to give them to her.
