Chapter 72. The Cave

Carlos was not only known as the Leopard Seal because of the silent battle between himself and McCarthy. He was notorious in the Underworld for his emotionless actions, his deliberate cruelty, and, for those who saw him, his wicked smile. Although he knew he was well talked about, it was different when he heard the gossip himself as it was being distorted.

He was at a small underground club known to a few and, frankly, he felt like an actor sitting undercover at a showing of his own movie. At the table next to his, a few men were discussing him, or more specifically, the Leopard Seal. Carlos shook his head slowly at the name, wondering who was responsible for it in the first place.
