Noella’s POV

Having cleared Zara’s case out, I walked back into the kitchen to check the food being made. It was almost done and ready to be served, all that was left was Austin’s return. I was thinking of giving him a call to ask about his coming, when his call came in. He informed me that he was on his way and almost home; this made me gleefully and undoubtedly excited. I will see my husband again after work had stranded him away from me for so long, it had not been that long but I still missed him dearly, I could not even believe how I coped throughout his trip.

“Get the table set then take a rest. I will serve the meal myself, understood?” I stated to the kitchen maid firmly as the food was just about done now and they nodded in respect, moving out after cleaning up the whole place to set the dining table.
