Chapter 11. A Job

A job.

I needed a job, or I was going to drop out of school. But the thing was that finding one in this town was close to impossible, unless you were not an omega.

Where was I going to find one? Where was I even supposed to look? 

With tears streaming down my face, I made my way out of the school building. I know that I could have stayed and attended my classes for the day, but what was the point?

Me staying was going to be useless if I won’t be able to pay the rest of my tuition before finals. So it was better to go out there and try to look for a way to get a job.

I didn’t care what kind of job, I just needed one to be able to sustain myself and pay my fees.

With a heavy heart and broken spirit, I walked away, putting more distance between me and the campus. I walked over to the bus stop and waited there.
