Chapter 24. Flowers and Chocolates

The words kept echoing in my head but I decided to just brush them off, labeling them as just words that I had hallucinated.

I stood up on my feet, my body still aching with each move that I made. I knew that I was going to heal soon, but I also knew that it was going to take some time.

I sighed, cursing under my breath as I made it to the bathroom. After showering, I changed into something comfortable and then went to bed. 

I was so tired and drained that it didn’t even take long for me to fall asleep. And as soon as I was unconscious, I found myself in a field of human skulls.

The field stretched for miles and miles. When I looked up at the sky, it was dark. Then I heard a voice. “The sun will be swallowed up, and there will be a rain of blood.” I recognized it. It was the same voice that I had heard when I had been locked in that room with the wolf.

My heart was thumping in my chest. I looked back down from the sky and I started feeling drops of liquid
