I sighed. “Alright, sure. I’m going to give you a chance,” I replied, and a smile corrupted his lips. “But this doesn’t mean that you and I run a relationship. I’m saying yes to you helping me out financially and being a friend. But that’s it.”
“We will see about that,” he said under his breath, a smirk on his lips as he opened the front door, leading the way to his car.
“Giveon, I heard that!”
He turned and wiggled his brows playfully for a few seconds before turning and closing the distance between the car and him.
