Chapter 25. Unwelcome
“Alpha.” A strong-looking man dressed as a guard came up interrupting us. “Alpha Charles and some members of his court are waiting for you in the courtroom.”
“Of course. Let’s go.” He said nodding at the guard.
“Alpha Charles?” I cut in. “Of the blood moon pack?”
“Yes. Is there a problem?” Alpha Jaden asked with a raised eyebrow.
“No. Not at all, sir.” I chuckled nervously. I turned away fixating my eyes on the horror going on at the training grounds.
As soon as they were out of sight, I headed for the pack house. I walked through the gates with my head high.
The guards understood who I was but told me that I was unwelcome. I had to wait until the courtroom had cleared.
I waited for about thirty minutes but they were yet to be done with the meeting in the courtroom.
