Chapter 7. Hazel’s Pack
ERVIN’S POV
As we drove along the path toward my park, my eyes occasionally drifted to the hazel-eyed beauty sitting beside me. Her blonde hair spread across her face, partially shielding her from my stare. My fingers itched to move the stray strands away as she slept peacefully, but I did not want to wake her up. I faced the road, and I could see my pack gates ahead.
We left Hazel’s pack during the early hours of the evening, but it was already getting dark by the time we arrived at the pack gates. Immediately, we crossed it; soft sobs and whimpers reached my ears, and I could see tears trickling down Hazel’s cheeks, a creased forehead, and a pained expression.
