Chapter 40. Guilt

His bite was painful for a few seconds and then it triggered something in me, something that had every nerve in my body to tingle and ignite. His teeth went deep into my neck and I could not help but let out a cry of pleasure. 

I should have been pushing him away but I wanted more. I did not know how to explain it but I wanted more. 

After a few seconds, he removed his sharp fangs from my neck and I could see some blood smeared at the right corner of his lips.
