Chapter 65. Marriage?

Bradley agreed for me to talk to Josh. Even though I didn't need his permission, it just felt like I should have asked.

I walked away from the CEO after he got into his car to wait for me. I was even more than ten steps away from him and he was already on business call.

But I guess that was just who he was. 

When I closed the distance between Josh and I, he chuckled before saying, “Finally. After waiting ten years for a goodbye.” He kept eye contact with me.

He was such a nice guy, if it was anyone else, they would have been gone long since. Maybe even when that scene with Nora had happened. 

I could not help but let out a small laugh at his joke. “I’m sorry for making you wait.” I pressed my lips into a straight line.

“No, it’s okay. Don’t worry about it. I just wanted to make sure you were okay before leaving,” He replied. “You sure have a lot of men in your life.”
