As my team gathers in my office, I can’t help but smile sheepishly.

“Is everyone here?”

“Yeah. Just Jasper and Jack are out in case there’s a customer,” Kaci, my assistant manager, replies as I clap my hands together, rubbing them, before I take my seat.

“Well then, good. Er… Let me start by saying I appreciate everyone here today.
