It was a case they’d been tracking for months and had various opportunities to close on, but whenever they got close enough to infiltrate, the criminals curled in their tails and disappeared for weeks till they got bored of hiding and began leaving crumbs for the authorities to pick on.

 Crumbs in the form of dead bodies, growing dr*g rings, and general acts of terrorism in a specified area. But one day, he came to work to good news; they’d finally been able to secure a doorway to get him in without any form of suspicion, and he went in as a dr*g-pushing deadbeat father in need of a source of income. 

Indeed, he soon noticed that the dr*g rings were merely a side effect and a means of distraction away from the much bigger villains: the cult. A sect headed by a powerful group of five business tycoons in the country and with an elusive overall leader, a fellow titled God, who was rumored to be the founder of the sect. 

They also had tons of ‘disciples’
