Chapter 30
POV: Harmony Winters
I woke up early the next day as sunlight invaded my room, covered in a duvet, with my head resting against a firm broad surface. I yawned tiredly, rubbing my eyes gently with my fingers, feeling like a whole different person.
I looked to my side, only to see Rhys Anderson, sleeping with his eyes closed peacefully. He was laying on his back, with his hand still wrapped around my waist. He always looked so perfect, but him laying down there gave me the chance to stare at him for as long as I wanted without feeling shy.
His long lashes floated around his eyes, and he looked like a painting that had just come to life. I had thought men that looked so impeccable, without any flaw at all was surreal, and only existed in romance novels, but he was proof that they did exist in reality, but were very rare. What did that make me then? Lucky, I guess.
His well-defined cheekbones remained firm even as he was in dreamland, as well as his chiselled jaw
