Taylor’s POV

“You miss him don’t you?” Yumi asked. “I do,” Tay said. “But it’s okay, I might still miss him but it’s part of moving on, right?” I added and Yumi nodded. “I’m fine, Yumi. You don’t have to worry, I’m happy with my life now, that’s all that matters,” Tay said.

Yumi smiled, her eyes reflecting pride and admiration. “I’m glad to hear that, Tay. You’ve come a long way, and it’s amazing to see how you’ve grown and found happiness in your life.”

I returned her smile, feeling a sense of gratitude for having such a supportive friend by my side. “Thank you, Yumi. Your friendship and support mean the world to me. I wouldn’t have come this far without you.”

Yumi reached out and gave my hand a reassuring squeeze. “I’ll always be here for you, Tay. Through the ups and downs, the laughter and tears. You’re not alone in this journey.”
