Chapter 3

Kane easily opens the bedroom door, then the connected bathroom without ever dropping his omega.

 It’s so easy for him to sit Serena down at the corner of her bathtub, stripping her off of her armor and leaving the omega in her inner clothes. 

The alpha also does the liberty of filling the tub up with water, dropping all the essential oils he knew the omega liked having in her bath.

All the while, Serena watches him with wide starry eyes.

“There you go, Seri. Your bath’s all ready. I’ll find Jessy to tell her you’re here. After that, I’ll see you for dinner tonight then?”

Serena nods dumbly, not letting thoughts of how Kane is the perfect provider overcome her muddy brain. 

This is too much, this alpha is too goddamn much.

“O-Okay, thank you, Kane. See you.”
