Harmony of mind and body doesn’t mean being physically strong alone, instead, it signifies the ability of a person to maximize their minds and bodies to diligently grow as an individual member of society.
Having harmony means that a person manages to harness themselves and their own skills using their own means and resources.
It’s about making the most of what you have, in mind and body.
Even if sometimes, there are cases where pack members cannot physically perform the same abilities as others, having harmony means that their mind can still work along with their bodies to continue developing as a person.
Most often than not, it’s not always 50:50, and that’s perfectly alright.
The balance between physical and mental prowess can be hindered by so many factors, even those that are out of human control. But what matters
