Lola's POV

     I breathed a sigh of relief as he left the kitchen. Damn this mate pull, I thought. He doesn't seem to feel it though, he just acted like her was repulsed and disgusted by me. Tears clouded my eyes at the thought of being rejected again and I tried to rein it in.
