Lola's POV

We drove for a while before we entered the human town. I was amazed by the number of people who roamed the street and went about their activities. No one was surprised to see anyone; it was unlike the packs, where everyone was in everyone's business. 

It took a while to reach our destination, and I marveled at the very large space that consisted of other large spaces, which Lyla told me was the mall. 

People trooped in and out of the mall in groups, with kids, as a couple, or individually. They all looked carefree and happy, and I wanted to feel that way too. 

I was lost in thought when Lyla shook me vigorously and told me to leave the car. "You don't plan to stay in there for the whole of today, do you? We came here to have fun, and fun we'll have. Get down so we can enjoy the rest of our day," she said e
