I changed into my wolf form immediately and ran out of the pack house into the pack woods. How could she do that to her mate? I was just about to go to her and she already found another man to replace me with? Such a whore!

"Do not call mate such a degrading word. You're no better yourself. I wouldn't blame her if she had found another person. You treated her like she was below you when you should have cherished her as your equal. You hurt her first, and now you're mad she's with another person? Hypocrite!" "I haven't even rejected her, Daxon. She could have given me that much respect; maybe Grayson was right about her after all." I snarled back angrily and felt him trying to take control of my body.
