Chapter 101. Another Car Crash

Leah’s POV

I ignored him as I tried my best to take off the seatbelt, but for some reason, it felt like the hardest thing to do at the moment. My hands were shaky but I kept trying, over and over. 

“Let me help you, Leah,” He said as he tried to reach me, but I gave him a hard look. 

“I swear, if you f*cking touch me, I will kill you,” I said between my teeth, tears slipping from my eyes as I did. “Don’t touch me,” I made sure to repeat it. 

Was I serious? Would I ever kill someone? Well, at that very moment, I felt like I would hurt him if he laid a finger on me. I was so overwhelmed and overstimulated. My heart was thumping in my chest and everything just kept replaying in my head. 

This was the second time that he has done something like this. What if the third time, we’re not so lucky? What if he kills the both of us next time?
