Chapter 57. Confrontation

Leah’s POV

I did not know what was going on or what was about to happen but I knew that it was not going to be good. I was confused so I just took a few steps back and watched. A few people were at the door, watching as if they knew that Jake and I were in here. 

The Lees were in the room too, also with a few other girls who had their phones up, ready to record. 

“Sasha…I can explain,” Jake said as he walked towards the girl. “Leah came in here and just randomly kissed me, I swear.” His voice was shaky.

Sasha scoffed, tears causing her eyes to look glossy. She lifted her phone and showed him the screen. “It was all being recorded and broadcasted live.” Her voice was filled with hurt, but also anger. 

“I—” Confusion plastered his facial features. “Why would you do that?” 

“Oh, because we wanted to embarrass Leah and show her her place.” She shrugged, scoffing as she put her phone away.
