Leah’s POV

I could feel it, he was right behind me. I could feel it, he was not going to just accept what I had done. I could feel it, I was about to experience the version of Rafael who claimed to be heartless 

I could feel it. And I mentally prepared myself for it. But despite that, I still did not feel prepared. But at least I knew what to expect. 

When I climbed the small staircase that led up the entrance of the building, I stopped and turned, ready for whatever that was about to happen. Maybe for him to shout in my face and call me names. 

And just like I had guessed, he was right there. But as he closed the distance between us, he pretended like I was a ghost. He walked right past me, not saying a word or even looking my way once. 

I don’t know what I was expecting but it was obviously not that. A tight frown was on his face when he had walked past me. He was not happy, not at all.
