Chapter 49. I Am Sure I Did Not Giggle

Adele's POV 

"Adele!" Someone called out to me as they shook my body. 

"Adele!" It seemed more urgent than before. 

Okay, I think that voice sounds too familiar. 

"Wake up or I am going to leave you here," Chris said and my eyes shot open immediately. 

"What?" I asked with wide eyes and he smiled. 

"Nothing, it's time to get off the plane," he told me and I furrowed my brows at him. 

"We have arrived?" I asked and he nodded twice at me. 

I groaned as I held my right hand over my head. I can't believe we've finally gotten to wherever this is. The flight went on for so long, I almost thought we had missed our way. 

After I finished eating my steak, I read the first few pages of the magazine and slept off. After a while, I woke up and I saw that Chris was sleeping already. 

I visited the bathroom, read the magazine, and watched a comedy as I tried so hard not to laugh out loud,
