Chapter 7. Stuck in the Same House

Sean's POV

I pulled up to our house to the sight of a brunette carrying a box from an unfamiliar car parked in our driveway. I gritted my teeth as I watched her walk into the house like it belonged to her.

My father's new wife was here. Her daughter must be here too. As if marrying a gold digger was not enough, my father just had to go and find one with another leech attached.

And now, he expected me to accept them as my family, and treat one as my mother and the other as my sister. He must be crazy. I only showed up because he threatened to cut off my money if I acted out. But there was no way in hell was I going to accept the two intruders as my family. If I had anything to do with it, they'd be gone from our lives as soon as possible.

I left my car and walked into the house. The woman was in the living room, looking through a few boxes. When I walked in, she saw me and rose, approaching.

"You must be Sean, right?" she
