As my birthday was almost over, with just an hour remaining, I went into our room with Cassian right behind me. I turned to him and gave him a big smile, then jumped into his arms and hugged him tightly. He stumbled a little but hugged me back. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I said happily. He chuckled and gently ended the hug. "Happy birthday, Seraphina," he said, planting a long kiss on my forehead. "Thank you, Cassian! This has been such a special day for me. Nobody has ever celebrated my birthday or wished me, except for Vivaan. But you've made this day truly unforgettable," I said excitedly. He listened with a smile and added, "You deserve it, Seraphina. You've done so much to help others and you've faced your own challenges. You deserve all the happiness in the world.
