As I finished getting ready for the day, I realized that today I would return to my penthouse, but not alone – Seraphina would be coming with me. Finally, this act would come to an end, and I could have some sense of normalcy, as Seraphina would remain a stranger to me.

Going downstairs, I greeted my parents and wished them a good morning. I received a work-related call, and while my parents left for breakfast, I took the call. After finishing the call, I went to the dining room and found my beautiful wife wearing a baby pink saree, elegantly serving my parents. "YOUR BEAUTIFUL WIFE? You're changing your tune, Mr. Cassian Adi Sinclair," I thought to myself. Seraphina, seemingly unaware, continued serving me. I watched her every move, even as I glanced at my phone, texting Ayesha to confirm our meeting location later. "Put that phone away before I throw it outside," my mother warned, causing me to quickly put my phone in my pocket.
