I was too disturbed to listen to the conversation going on around me. Katrina was going through a lot already so the idea that her former tormentor took her again didn't sit well with me. 

'There is no way to prove that he took her. Beside, there is no way he would have done it. He was with us all through,' the Alpha said.

'What if one of his minions did it for him?' the Luna asked. 

There was a possibility of that because soldiers had reported that three of the Vice President's entourage were sniffing around the house when we were inside welcoming him. 

The soldiers had been told to keep an eye on them. What if one of them had sneaked away to do the Vice President's dirty job at that moment. 

'We need a clear thought here. So please I need everyone to calm down,' the Alpha said.
