Chapter 63. Stupid Move

Maureen's POV

I entered the training ground alongside Lance, Dominus and Lucia. I had been to the training ground only twice but I knew my way around. 

The training ground was divided into different segments. There was a plane ground where soldiers train and there was another area of the training ground designed like an arena. 

They had chosen the early evening for the fight, when the sun would not be too intense for people to sit under.

We entered the area that was designed like an arena and found a good spot to sit. I saw the Alpha and dad standing not too far from the area where the fight was to take place. 

Alpha Amman was also standing on the other side getting prepared for the fight.

'I wonder why he can be so confident enough to challenge Alpha to this kind of fight,' I said to Lucia as I was looking in the direction of Alpha Amman.
