Lucia and I listened to the noise coming from outside with trepidation. It sounded like the sound of war. 

My heart was beating so fast that it seemed like it wanted to just jump out and beat on the floor freely.

'I can't continue to just stay here Lucia we have to see what's going on,' I said as I started pacing as worry consumed every of my being.
