Chapter 90. Moving on

Maureen's POV

'Tell me that all this is unreal and we are just caught up in very bad dream,' Lance said looking as surprised as I was about what was in front of us.

There were a lot of torture instruments on the table and some hung on the wall. It had different types of silver chains hanging from the wall. I felt cold from inside out.

'These people keep a torture chamber?. I thought I had seen everything at Amman's house,' Dominus said as he peeked at the room above Lance's shoulder.

'We will attend to this later. Let us attend to these people first,' Lance said and we stepped back and closed the door.

We released the people from chains and made them sit on the floor while Dawn and Asher gave them water and fruits they found in the hut at the back.

There was nothing much in the room. Just a giant bed obviously made for the giant and chairs that looked as if they belonged to a dump site.
