Chapter 93. The Compass Reveal

I watched as Maureen's every feature came alive immediately she stepped into the room where Rocha kept the compass and locket. 

Her golden eyes shone brighter and her hair glowed. She smiled and turned from one side of the room to the other as everywhere was covered in the golden light.

None of us followed her in, we just stood by the door and watched her. She was so beautiful that she was the most beautiful sight my eyes had ever beheld. 

She started swaying from side to side as if she was dancing to a music we couldn't hear.

'Dance with me Lance,' Maureen said as she raised her piercing golden eyes to me. 

I entered the room properly and I heard the music. Slow and solemn. I took her hand and danced with her. My heart swelled with love and joy. She was mine. My sister, my mate, my world, mine forever!

'You look so beautiful Maureen,' I said looking into her golden eyes.

'Thank you Lance. You are the most handsome
