Chapter 91. The Weather Bender

Maureen's POV

'Why are you all looking at me like that?' Lance asked.

We were all staring at him because of what he had said about a house on the hill when we could not see anything anywhere except the hill covered in snow and the plane ground.

'Your face didn't have its usual seriousness when you said it,' Lucia answered. 

'I am serious there is a hut on the hill,' Lance insisted.

Asher didn't waste time anymore as he began to approach the hill in fast strides. 

Suddenly the bright and sunny sky changed color, and it began to rain. Before we knew it, we were drenched.

'Hold hands,' Lance shouted to be heard above the angry wind.

He held my hand, and we held hands till the last person was Ian. When Lance was sure that everybody was holding hands, he started moving up the hill.
